Material from the Website may be reused without permission when exceptions under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 apply.
Our Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of these sites and disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Placing links to our Website on other sites is permitted only with prior permission from Kids Planet.
When using the enquiry form or any other system on the Website, you must comply with the following rules:
You acknowledge that Kids Planet reserves the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our system.
Our apps are free to play with limited access to video and puzzle game content. Subscriptions are based on a monthly and annual basis.
Payments will be charged to the iTunes Account or Google Play Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You may terminate your account at any time by going to the Account Settings after purchase. Please note that cancelling your account may result in loss of access to premium content and services, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
If orders or payments are canceled for any reason prior to the commencement of Service provision, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
While every effort has been made to ensure that all descriptions of Services available from Kids Planet correspond to the actual Services, Kids Planet is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.
Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required Services, such as access to specific educational content or features. All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Kids Planet reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Services and Kids Planet processing that order and taking payment, provision of Services shall commence as per your order, and you will be charged the original price.
Note: Our apps do not contain any advertisements, and all content provided is designed to be educational and appropriate for children.
Provision of Services shall commence when full payment has been received or as otherwise detailed in the Terms and Conditions pertaining directly to those Services.
Kids Planet shall use its best endeavors to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, ensuring that all content is child-friendly and educational.
In the event that Services are provided that are not in conformity with your order and thus incorrect, you should contact us within 10 days to inform us of the mistake. Kids Planet will ensure that any necessary corrections to the Services provided are made within 7 working days.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we protect the privacy and security of your personal data, including that of children.
Kids Planet makes no warranty or representation that the Website or Services will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, or that it will be secure. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services, including educational outcomes.
No part of this Website or the Services is intended to constitute advice. The Content of this Website and Services should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any actions, particularly in the context of educational progress or outcomes for children.
Kids Planet reserves the right to change the Website, its Content, or these Terms of Use at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms of Use from the first time you use the Website or Services following the changes.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kids Planet operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Kids Planet is intended for children under age 6 and complies with COPPA and GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Our apps are safe, ad-free, and educational. Parents may contact us to review or delete any child-related data.
We may use third-party providers (e.g., analytics, infrastructure) that fully comply with COPPA and GDPR-K. These services do not collect or retain personal data from children.
